OUR 2024 SUMMER MUSICAL THEATRE CAMP TITLE:
This summer, Rich Theatre joins a budding worldwide movement to equip students for performing Theatre for Young Audiences (TYA) while becoming one of the first theatre companies in the world to perform this show!
In continuing our commitment to academic theatrical training, we’re taking a step off of Broadway to zoom in on this exciting educational concept. 2024 Summer Musical Theatre Camp students will have the opportunity to experience performing student matinees in addition to regular evening performances.
What happens when high school meets the robot apocalypse? Find out in an ALL-NEW MUSICAL that challenges our ideas of belonging and perfection, while exploring the ways we build narratives around one another. Maybe a community where everyone is exactly the same is not a community at all.
Powerful messages like these are for students--onstage, and in the audience!
Why should the leads have all the fun? This ensemble-driven piece features a wealth of fun characters in hilarious situations. Join us!
Camp Dates:
July 8 - August 2, 2024 (Monday - Friday)
8:30am – 4:00pm
Mandatory Auditions: July 1 & 2, 6:00pm - 9:00pm - students must attend both days.
Mandatory Parent Orientation: July 1st - during the first hour of auditions.
No absences, early dismissals or late arrivals are permitted during the last two weeks of summer camp.

Students must attend both Audition Days

Headshots/resumes NOT required
Please arrive on time and plan for your student to stay for the entire session. We will begin with the Parent Orientation on July 1 and move directly into auditions. Students will sit with their parents during orientation and then parents will be dismissed from the building to pick up their student after auditions.
